香港昂船州污水處理廠：是一座根據(jù)2021年預(yù)計(jì)平均旱天污水流量每日一百七十二萬五千立方米而設(shè)計(jì)采用三氯化鐵化學(xué)一級(jí)強(qiáng)化處理方法的中央污水處理廠。

◆運(yùn)行技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1.處理每噸生活污水三氯化鐵投加量?jī)H為20ppm左右，藥劑成本0.005元/噸。
2.已調(diào)好劑量的化學(xué)藥劑（包括氯化鐵及聚合物）被注入沉淀設(shè)施的入口處，并于快速混合池（共八池）內(nèi)與污水混合。
3.現(xiàn)時(shí)，整個(gè)處理處理工序可消除污水中80%的懸浮物和70%的生化需氧量。
4.抽水設(shè)施的總抽水量（進(jìn)水量）為每秒三十九點(diǎn)七五立方米。
5.收集的污泥和浮渣，在污泥處理設(shè)施內(nèi)用三氯化鐵加聚合物混合脫水，再被送到離心機(jī)，把污泥中的水份減少至合適程度，然后才運(yùn)往堆填區(qū)填放。
6.污泥處理設(shè)施每天可處理的污泥塊高達(dá)900噸，脫水率達(dá)35%。
7.產(chǎn)生污泥含水率為、用三氯化鐵加聚合物脫水后污泥固含率為，經(jīng)離心脫水后泥餅含水率為。
Operation Technical Parameter:
1. Processes each ton sanitary sewage iron trichloride to throw the increment is only about 20ppm.
2. Chemicals (ferric chloride and polymer) are injected at the inlet to the works at required dosages and mixed with the sewage inflow in rapid mix chambers (8 no.in all).
3. The process removes 80% of the suspended solids and 70% Biochemical Oxygen Demand at presence.
4. The total capacity of pumping facilities is 39.75 cubic meters per second.
5.The sludge and scum received at the sludge treatment facilities are conditioned with polymer and pumped into centrifuges(10no.in all)where the content is reduced to a level which
will make it acceptable for disposal at landfill sites.
6. The facilities have a total production capacity of 900 tonnes of sludge cakes at 35% dryness per day.
